Raclette du Valais AOP is a pure Valaisan product, made with love and passion, as in the Grand Entremont, the emblematic region par excellence with its authentic “Bagnes”. Particularly smooth and tasty, this raw milk cheese reveals all the notes of its terroir in the palate – spicy, vegetal or lactic – sublimated by the ancestral know-how of the cheese makers

In addition to the production of the famous Raclette du Valais AOP, many other specialities are produced by the dynamic and diversified agriculture of the Greater Entremont area: tommes and seracs, livestock, beekeeping, aromatic and medicinal plants, cereal crops, vineyards and orchards.
